What Happens Next
Two-minute form: stats, position, school, film. You’ll get a shareable scouting card on the way out.
Our coaching staff reviews every submission personally. We’ll be in touch once we’ve had a real look at your profile and film.
Get on campus. Meet the team. Sit in on a chapel. Walk the Riverside community. See if it’s home.
If it’s a fit, we’ll talk roster spot, financial aid, and class schedule together, with your family in the loop.
For Parents and Guardians
Choosing a college basketball program is one of the biggest decisions your athlete will make. And yours. Here’s what we want you to know.
La Sierra is small enough that no athlete is anonymous. Our coaches will know their name, their story, and their goals. So will the chaplain, the academic advisor, and their teammates.
We don’t treat academics as a hurdle to clear so they can play. We treat them as the reason they’re here. Our athletes graduate, and many go on to careers in healthcare, ministry, business, and education.
Saturday is for worship and rest, not road games. Athletes have access to vespers, chapel, and a chaplain who walks with them through the season’s pressures, not just the wins.
When your athlete submits their profile, we’ll let you know what to expect and when. Recruiting is a relationship, not a sales process. We’ll be straight with you about fit, finances, and timeline.
A Note on Privacy
Information your athlete submits is handled with FERPA awareness and shared only with the La Sierra coaching and admissions staff. We don’t sell, trade, or syndicate recruit data. Read our privacy policy for the full picture.
About the Program
Golden Eagles athletics in the GSAC. Built on competition, faith, and the kind of program that treats four years like they matter.
The Golden Eagles compete in the GSAC, one of the deepest NAIA conferences in the country, against programs that consistently reach the national tournament. La Sierra is an NAIA athletic department that honors the Sabbath. Vespers, chapel, and campus community are part of the season. No Saturday games, no Saturday travel.
